Scott is responsible for leading the strategic execution of customer solutions and business development using our behind the meter assets and energy services. The solutions vary from standard products to fully customized solutions with our National customers.

With 30 years in the energy industry, Scott has an extensive breadth and depth of experience. He has served in a variety of roles in energy companies including NiSource, Integrys Energy Services, and Solargenix Energy. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University. Scott is a registered professional engineer, LEED Accredited Professional, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

George oversees Advisory Services, a comprehensive energy advisory and program management consulting business. With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, George has held various roles within the retail energy industry, and a variety of leadership roles in both large-scale and start-up operations. George has gained a deep understanding of the wholesale and retail energy markets, utility programs and rate structures, and sustainable energy technologies which helps guide key insights to ensure customer solutions are holistic and integrated. George has overseen deal valuation, structuring, validation, risk management and product development teams. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Mike is the Senior Vice President, Finance with responsibility for all the finance functions at OnSite Partners including Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis. Previously, Mike was employed by American Electric Power where he served as the Managing Director, Asset Management for AEP Energy Supply. In that role, he led the asset management and customer account management functions for AEP’s portfolio of utility-scale renewables and distributed generation assets. Before joining AEP Energy Supply in 2018, Mike worked in a variety of roles within AEP, including valuation, risk management and strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining AEP in 2005, Mike held positions with Merrill Lynch and General Electric. He also spent nine years on active duty in the United States Navy.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University Bloomington, and is a CFA charterholder.

Dan is responsible for leading the OnSite Partners project development team and helping the company grow its portfolio of customer-centric energy assets by helping customers manage their energy costs through the implementation of asset-based products and services.

With over 15 years in the energy industry, Dan brings an extensive breadth of knowledge and experience in various leadership roles in several regulated and non-regulated electric utility companies, including Integrys Energy Group (now WEC Energy Group), Integrys Energy Services, and Wisconsin Public Service Corporation. Dan started his career in corporate treasury and has held various positions with increasing responsibility in regulated renewable development, wholesale power marketing, competitive energy asset development, and generation dispatch strategy and analytics.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse.

Maria is a government affairs executive with over 15 years of experience working on state policy, regulatory, and political issues. In her role at OnSite Partners, she is responsible for local, state, and federal affairs management, interaction with state and federal government, which include state commissions, governor’s offices, state legislatures, state and federal agencies, and congressional representatives to ensure the highest standards of customer service. She also facilitates engagement with energy consumer groups.

Prior to joining OnSite Partners, she was in corporate executive leadership serving as Vice President of Ohio External Affairs for American Electric Power. In that role, she was responsible for all state legislative policies that impacted the overall Ohio Market from an electric utility perspective.

For nearly a decade, Maria was responsible for public policy, community and government relations, as well as building and maintaining external relationships with legislators, consumer groups and other Ohio stakeholders. She led the Company’s activities to shape public policies, and the coordination of effective representation on national and state-level industry associations. Maria also had oversight of the company’s community involvement role and corporate philanthropic giving.

Prior to joining American Electric Power in 2015, Maria worked in the Ohio Senate for six years as a legislative aide for two of Ohio’s state senators from east and southeast Ohio. During this time, Maria traveled throughout 10 of the state’s most rural counties to develop grassroots policy initiatives at the Ohio statehouse. Those areas of focus included energy, transportation, tax, and agricultural matters, in addition to running the senate office and managing district communications.

Additionally, Maria serves on the Capitol Square Foundation board where she launched the Capitol Conversation series, uniting the statehouse community around events that promote Ohio. Other board memberships include ElevateDD, which elevates the voices of people with developmental disabilities, elevating the needs of families, and elevating advocacy issues to leaders and decision makers.

Maria graduated from The Ohio State University in 2010 with two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Women’s Studies, focusing on political contexts and social change. She is a 2024 graduate of the prestigious Leadership Ohio professional development program.

Jesse is responsible for leading OnSite Partner’s distributed asset projects team. He is tasked with structuring, integrating, managing and optimizing OnSite’s growing portfolio of distributed, customer-sited energy assets from the commercial operation date of each respective project to the end of the asset life cycle. Jesse has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry, with a strong focus on operations and maintenance of both renewable and conventional power generation assets.

Prior to joining OnSite Partners in July 2019, Jesse held various leadership and individual contributor roles with Terraform Power, SunEdison, Integrys Energy Services, and WPS Power Development where he gained experience related to the entire energy asset lifecycle from development and acquisition to decommissioning and divestiture.

Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan.

Ritesh has been with OnSite Partners team for over 13 years, in Program Management, Product Development, Project Management and now, in a Business Development leadership role, where he and his team are responsible for enabling energy management solutions for potential customers. Ritesh was one of the founders of the Advisory Services group with the Company, where his team developed and launched the various energy management programs with our customers. Ritesh has a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from University of Connecticut, where he developed an implantable glucose sensor device.

Brittany has been with OnSite Partners since 2022, joining as a Lead on the Customer Program Management team. Brittany is responsible for customer engagements starting at the time of initial conversations, contracting, and throughout the term of service. As the main point of contact for customers, she guides and manages the delivery of contracted services and provides clear communication and updates to customer counterparts. Internally, Brittany leads a team that conducts project management for each engagement and drives collaboration amongst internal teams. Prior to OnSite Partners, Brittany worked in the energy efficiency and consulting spaces and earned her Master’s in Public Affairs from Indiana University.
